Week 1 Fall/Winter Sample Menu
- Breakfast staples: eggs to order, bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, fruit, and cereal.
- Rotating specials: cheese blintz, Southwest omelet bake, vanilla French toast, breakfast burritos, and banana cinnamon pancakes.
- Meal examples: fish with lemon butter, chicken and dumplings, ravioli bake, braised beef tips, fish of the day, and Swedish meatballs.
Week 2 Fall/Winter Sample Menu
- Breakfast staples: eggs to order, bacon, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, fruit, and cereal.
- Rotating specials: blueberry pancakes, avocado toast with fried egg, eggs Benedict, waffles with warm fruit compote, ham and cheese quiche, brioche French toast, and an egg-and-cheese croissant.
- Meal examples: beef soft tacos, beer-battered fish, lasagna with Italian sausage, turkey pot pie, brown sugar mustard glazed ham, chicken piccata, crab cakes, lemon pepper cod, and parmesan breaded pork chops.
