Care oversight and planning
Care staff are on-site 24 hours a day with Registered Nurse oversight and individualized care plans built around each resident's assessed needs.
Emergency response support
Emergency pull cords are monitored by staff 24/7. Optional pendants are available for a one-time $500 fee with no recurring monthly charge.
Meals and household services
Residents receive three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and linen changes, daily trash service, and access to complimentary in-wing washers and dryers or staff laundry support.
On-site medical and therapy access
Available services include physicians, podiatry, audiology, concierge emergency care, radiology, and third-party therapy services (some services at additional cost).
Appointments and local outings
Free scheduled transportation to doctor appointments runs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (30-mile round trip), plus weekly bus trips to stores, banks, churches, and restaurants.
Connection and daily routine
Community-wide WiFi, Comcast Xfinity HD cable, and daily activities including wellness classes, games, lectures, movie theatre events, scenic drives, and recreation center transportation.

Assisted living at Bear Creek is not one generic service package. It is a rhythm of safety checks, hospitality, medical coordination, transportation, and activities around the resident's assessed needs.
Before move-in
Assessment and individualized care plan
Staff assess personal care needs before move-in, then build an individualized plan that determines which services are added through Care Points.
Every day
Meals, response, and household support
Residents have three daily meals, 24-hour on-site care staff, emergency pull cords monitored around the clock, daily trash service, and community-wide WiFi.
Each week
Housekeeping, laundry, and local connection
Weekly housekeeping and linen changes, complimentary washers and dryers in each wing, local bus outings, and a full activity calendar keep routine support from feeling clinical.
As needed
Medical and therapy services
Registered Nurse oversight is part of the care model, with available on-site physicians, podiatry, audiology, concierge emergency care, radiology, and third-party therapy services at additional cost where applicable.
Care Points turn an assessment into a monthly care plan
Before move-in, Bear Creek staff assess the resident's individual personal care needs. Care Points are $20.00 per point, per month. The resulting care charges are added to the basic monthly charge, so families can see how services map to the monthly plan.
